Lindernia sp. ‘India’, a variety of Lindernia that probably originates from India, but hasn’t been closer identified yet, is quite widely spread as an aquarium plant in the USA. In Europe, it is not yet available in trade and mostly still unknown in the hobby. However, true Rotala indica (“Ammannia sp. ‘Bonsai'”) has been on sale as Lindernia sp. ‘India’ due to a mix-up.
